Greg Smith (Sherwood), 05/27/2026Our church pastor has not been able trust their 2017 Equinox. They called it "possessed" !!! It would stick in PARK, and not come out. Headlights would turn off randomly while driving. While I was at MUFFLER AND GO, I turned on the Air Conditioning and it became stuck in PARK. At that point I let Dave know and he hopped into the car with his Scan Tool. He quickly thought it might be a loose ground. He took off a plastic panel by the passenger footwell and discovered a loose ground terminal. That problem had stumped multiple repair shops, and Dave solved it !!! I am an automotive engineer and have found this shop to be trust worthy. I have been bringing vehicles here for about 20 years.
