Muffler & Go serviced my 2002 Jeep Wrangler, and I had a great experience. Owner Chris and his team thoroughly inspected my Jeep and clearly explained which repairs should be addressed now and which could reasonably wait until a later date. Their honesty and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The team did an excellent job, and I was very satisfied with the service. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a dedicated front desk person to help with customer check-in and communication during busy times. Overall, I would highly recommend Muffler & Go for their quality work and customer service.

Top notch and hats off to Muffler and Go! I have had Muffler and Go do several repairs on my vehicles over the last ten years. After my recent auto saga, I am compelled to speak out on their behalf. I don't often quote Bible verses in online reviews, but today I'm going to say that "we know that in all things, God works together for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose," (Romans 8.28). A year ago, I had another shop put on a new muffler. The muffler failed within 6 months. The other shop (Tuffy) has jerked me around since April, constantly saying the right part isn't available, the manager isn't in and will call back tomorrow, the muffler isn't leaking exhaust and won't pose a problem, etc. This week, I finally couldn't take the deafening sound or the reek of exhaust fumes from the obviously leaking and broken muffler. So, I brought my car to Muffler and Go. Within 24 hours, despite being extraordinarily busy, they had my car on the hoist and told me the muffler had rusted right through, amongst other things. Being that their work was being called out by another shop, Tuffy suddenly decided to honor the year warranty and the manager was suddenly available to call me back after three months of being told he's not available, part isn't available, etc. Not only that, they claimed they had the part sitting on their shelf for three months, waiting for me to return! Yet, they had told me each time I called that the part was still not available! Ready to take my car from this shop back to Tuffy, and being concerned about the type of botched job they would do this time, I hesitantly rode over to Muffler and Go to get my car, wishing I could just afford to have them do the work right. Little did I know, God was already at work to provide what I needed! Someone on staff had made a major mistake that day, and put my car on the hoist for repair instead of the other SUV waiting for the same repair. That's a costly mistake for a shop to make! Never have I had a shop own an error, especially not such a costly error! They were ready for me to walk out without charging me! This is integrity at its highest; in an auto shop, no less. Who owns their mistakes this well in this world? The guys at Muffler and Go! I proceeded to ask Tuffy for the allegedly improved, higher quality muffler they were going to put on so that I could at least give that to Muffler and Go. Tuffy did agree to that, but wouldn't you know it, it turns out they would have put on the same, low quality, generic, cheap muffler they had started with. They would have left me in this same scenario another six months from now! Long story short, Chris at Muffler and Go is a man of his word, who stands behind the work his shop does, corrects errors in an honorable way, and provides top notch customer service. I will never take my car to another shop for these types of repairs again. Thank you, Chris and team, for blessing me with a job well done in a season of pain and stress in my own life. You guys blessed me more than I can express today. Thanks, also, be to God for working things together for my good today (and always). Thanks to the shop staff for being honest and willing to face the consequences of an error, and turn it to something so very good. Peace of Christ and abundant blessings be with each of you.

I originally had an exhaust system installed and unfortunately experienced some issues when parts of the exhaust began to fail. However, what truly sets this shop apart is how they stand behind their work. Chris, the owner, took the time to address my concerns and made things right by repairing the issues promptly and professionally. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! I have been dealing with my Jeep Compass 2022 overheating for 2 years now. I’ve taken my baby to 2 different places spending close to $900 with no luck in repairs. The last shop I went to recommended this place and that was truly a blessing. The entire team was extremely patient and understanding with my schedule. My car was not an easy fix, but the mechanic kept working until the problem was resolved; in the midst of me picking up my car and dropping it back off after work.To my understanding, the work that was done could’ve easily costed me an additional $2500 to what I already paid, but they charged me nothing because they were determined to get the job done and solve the issue once and for all. Admittedly as a woman, I was nervous about taking my car into the shop because there is a stereotype that most women get played because they don’t understand cars or the cost of labor. This shop truly debunked that myth and I will be telling everyone I can about this place, excellent service!

Our church pastor has not been able trust their 2017 Equinox. They called it "possessed" !!! It would stick in PARK, and not come out. Headlights would turn off randomly while driving. While I was at MUFFLER AND GO, I turned on the Air Conditioning and it became stuck in PARK. At that point I let Dave know and he hopped into the car with his Scan Tool. He quickly thought it might be a loose ground. He took off a plastic panel by the passenger footwell and discovered a loose ground terminal. That problem had stumped multiple repair shops, and Dave solved it !!! I am an automotive engineer and have found this shop to be trust worthy. I have been bringing vehicles here for about 20 years.

Noticed my car suddenly had the muffler hanging down, live 25 minutes away. They told me to come right over, and they'd fix it up. They were so extremely wonderful and friendly. Had it fixed in less than an hour and I was good to go home. Dave is fantastic and I would trust him with my car any day! I brought my car in because it was shaking while I was driving, and although they weren’t able to fix the issue after the initial service, Chris went above and beyond to make things right. He showed real empathy for my situation and gave me a full refund, which I truly appreciated. As a mother, having a safe and reliable vehicle is extremely important to me. Because of his understanding, I was able to use that refund toward a down payment on another car. Chris even offered that if I purchase a used vehicle, I can bring it back to the shop and they will inspect it to make sure it’s safe and reliable for me to drive. I’m truly grateful for the honesty, compassion, and customer care I received. That kind of service means everything.

Made the rookie mistake of putting diesel in my gas engine. Thought my car was completely cooked, clogged up my sparksplugs, got it towed to muffler auto and go and after 2 days my car was running perfectly again. They are really fair with prices and actually care about getting your vehicle working again. Chris the owner at the front desk was very kind and explained the work he had to do on my car. It's been a month since I got it fixed and my car is running perfectly. Will come back to this place for any work needed on my car. Their customer service is amazing. They performed exhaust work fixing leaking gaskets and my clogged catalytic converter. They found additional leaked and fixed them on their own with any additional charges. They are very respectful and great and managing their time and my schedule. Both times I had to be there, I was on a time crunch. They made sure to get me in and out quickly
