I brought my Hummer H3 to Muffler & Go in Fenton and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Chris at the front desk was kind, well-spoken, and clearly on top of things. He listened to what was going on with the H3, walked me through the plan, and gave me a realistic timeline and estimate no pressure, no upsell, just straight talk.
Dan, one of their mechanics who worked on my H3, was equally great, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was running right, not just the obvious issue. They checked for any related problems, tightened up a few things that could have caused headaches later, and test-drove it to confirm the fix. The truck feels solid and smooth now.
What really stood out was their efficiency. They moved quickly without cutting corners, which meant I wasn’t left in a tough spot without a vehicle. Communication was excellent the whole wayquick updates, clear explanations, and no surprises when it came to cost or timing.
Fair pricing, honest people, quality work, and respectful care for both the customer and the vehicle. If you’ve got a Hummer (or any vehicle) and want it done right the first time, ask for Chris up front and Dan in the bay. Muffler & Go Fenton has earned my repeat business.
